Here is the couple of animated icon sets which I converted for Elecont Weather -- the best Weather forecast program which I use on my Pocket PC. My themes is looking more expressive than built-in.

How to install

1. Download theme and Unzip it.
2. Copy extracted file to your mobile device, Program Files\ElecontWeather\Themes.
3. Click Elecont Weather on Today Screen, press Menu->Options and choose downloaded theme in Icons combobox.
