Here is the couple of animated icon sets which I converted for Elecont Weather -- the best weather forecast program for Pocket PC. My themes is looking more expressive than built-in.

How to install

1. Download Elecont Weather Icon Pack to your device.
2. Start it.
3. After start please choose Device or SDMMC ( in dependence where the Elecont Weather is installed)
4. Open Elecont Weather -> Menu -> Options and choose the theme.
